3. Consulting Engagements

Scope of Work

Each consulting engagement will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement that defines:

• Specific deliverables and timeline
• Project scope and objectives
• Fees and payment terms
• Confidentiality requirements
• Intellectual property ownership

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant reasonable access to personnel and data

4. Intellectual Property

StratIQX Methodologies

The 6D Foraging Methodology™, Cormorant Foraging framework, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of StratIQX. Clients receive a license to use insights and recommendations from consulting engagements, but not the underlying methodologies themselves.

Deliverables & Work Product

Ownership of specific deliverables will be defined in each consulting agreement. Unless otherwise specified, clients own the final deliverables while StratIQX retains ownership of general methodologies, frameworks, and tools used to create them.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Proprietary business information
• Client data and strategic plans
• Project details and outcomes
• Financial and operational information

We may create anonymized case studies with client approval, as demonstrated by our published case studies where specific details are modified to protect client identity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StratIQX shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Client decisions based on our recommendations
• Third-party actions or market conditions beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement as specified in the applicable SOW. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate engagements for breach of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
